Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Only unused, undamaged, and in original packaging products are eligible for return. Hair Claws must not be worn or altered in any way.

2. Return Process

Contact us at accesar9354@gmail.com or call 9354034016 to initiate a return. Provide order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you for the return shipment.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will replace the product or provide a full refund including shipping charges.
